Tips[edit source]

Playing As Fernet
  • Health-oriented cards such as  Pudding,  Dinner are essential to Fernet’s success as they enable her to survive longer against enemy attacks.
  • Attack-based battle cards are not advised as, while they can benefit Fernet, they will likely help the opponent more if they draw the card. Defensive cards such as  Shield and  Shield Counter are advisable, however, the former costs fewer stars, and given Fernet’s already high defense stat, can be argued as a better choice. Similarly,  Quick Restoration might be a good option, but can only really be useful if the player is hanging on to their life by a thread, or if they expect to take massive damage.
  • If the player chooses to use  Air Strike then  President’s Privilege should always be used to lower the cost.
  • Rather than using Fernet’s hyper, it is highly suggestible that the player instead bring  Mimic. Many hypers are superior to her own and her own hyper is generally not that appealing to other opponents. If the player is lucky enough to face the right opponent, they have the potential to get much stronger hypers such as   Ubiquitous,  Crystal Barrier,  Self-Destruct and perhaps best of all  Cooking Time (the latter of which will render the player near indestructible and gain them mass amounts of stars).
  • Given the weakness of Fernet’s hyper, is generally not advised as it is likely to aid the opponent more than the player.
Playing Against Fernet
  • Using cards that cause Fernet to take damage or fight such as  Final Battle or  Cloud of Seagulls are effective, as Fernet is ineffective in battle and her health is crucial to her success.
  • In general, traps are a great way to damage Fernet or mess with her success. The player can chip away at her health with cards like  Mimyuu’s Hammer and  Invasion, rob her of stars with  For the Future of the Toy Store or  Sky Restaurant ‘Pures’, or deny her Norma by using  Go Away.
  • While potentially hazardous with  Air Strike,  Sealed Guardian and  Forced Revival are some of the best counters against Fernet as they strip away her health, leaving her vulnerable to any attack.

List of Consumable Animations[edit | edit source]

Consumable animations are frivolous items which can be used during a match.

  • They all have a rarity of «Common».
  • They are used from the «Items» tab, located on the left of the screen and represented by a icon.
  • Most consumables can only be used when it is not the player’s turn. However, hearts can only be used when it is the player’s turn.
  • They have a 5-second cooldown between uses.
  • They can be traded between players, but cannot be listed on the Steam Marketplace.
Icon Name Rarity Description
Fireworks (Red) Common Launch fireworks during a game!
Fireworks (Green) Common
Fireworks (Blue) Common
Fireworks (Yellow) Common
Heart (Pink) Common Send a heart to a friend or that special someone!
Heart (Black) Common
Balloons Common Assorted balloons to follow you for a short moment.
Rainy Cloud Common Feeling under the weather?

Tips[edit source]

Playing As Aru
  • Cards such as  Scrambled Eve and  Flamethrower have discard effects that can quickly empty opponent’s hands and thus increase the rewards of Aru’s Hyper.
  • Cards that help Aru travel faster such as  Dash! or  Windy Enchantment can help Aru avoid confrontation with other players.
  •  Shield and  Quick Restoration are both cheap to use and low level cards which make them ideal choices to keep Aru alive in combat.
  • Aru decks should generally contain low level and inexpensive cards with few limitation to encourage opponents to use their cards thus emptying their hands in the process.
Playing Against Aru
  • With Aru’s decreased defense stat and sole reliance on her evasion, most battle cards are the best counters to Aru as they will not improve her combat ability much and will help the player KO her if she rolls poorly.
  •  Scary Solicitation is a particularly strong counter to  Present for You as it fills almost all players’ hands, rendering the Hyper ineffective. Likewise, the card can also cause Aru to loose a large amount of stars as she can hold a maximum of 4 cards instead of the usual 3.
  • is a good card choice as it is helpful to the player and relatively pointless for Aru, as she will often only get to use her hyper once per game.
  •  Play of the Gods can also be a very effective counter to  Present for You, as it can trigger the Hypers activation at disadvantageous time for the player.

Special Event Debuffs[edit | edit source]

A common question for players when a special event occurs is whether single player will work. The answer to this question is yes in custom, however, there are usually debuffs that apply to single player. As a result, it is generally advised that the player use online mode during events to collect rewards the fastest. These debuffs include:

  • Collection. If for example, the event requires the player to collect Halloween Candy or chocolate from completing games, the amount given to the player will be much lower in single player than playing online, even if the player wins. Generally, the amount of reward is based on the number of turns the player spends in the game.
  • Speed Penalty. The player will receive reward and drop rate penalties if they use the shift or ctrl key to speed up the game in single player. This can mean a reduction in the amount of drop rate increase for an item or a certain number of the collected item being subtracted from the player’s supply at the end of the match.
  • Campaigns Not Included. Campaigns are completely unaffected by special events. When big events such as Halloween and Christmas, occur, the special gameplay changes and collectibles are not included in any of the campaigns and rewards cannot be unlocked in them. The player must be in an online game or custom mode to receive rewards.

  • No candy during Halloween in campaign.

  • A speed penalty during Valentine’s Day in custom mode.

Overview[edit source]

Armed with a childlike personality and a love for burning, Kae is a glass cannon like no other, dealing lots of damage but being taken down swiftly.
Upon initial appearance, Kae is rather unimpressive, possessing a relatively frail build similar to Saki, which sports an average health stat, below average defense, and a decreased recovery and increased evasion stat to help her survive and get back to playing sooner. Kae’s true strength, however, is derived from her tricky passive ability that can enable her to deal massive damage with little to no effort. Her passive is broken into two parts. The first passive ability adds the inverse of her defense stat to her attack stat giving her a natural boost of +1 attack. When coupled with her second passive effect, which decreases her defense stat by 1 when attacking, Kae receives a natural boost of +2 to her Attack stat when she initiates a battle. This means Kae should always aim to strike first to get the +2 to her attack stat, but she will still have the benefit of a -1 defense stat when being attacked by an opponent as opposed to a -2. The key advantage of this passive is that enables Kae to have some of the cheapest card combos that yield fast and powerful results. Cards such as  Rainbow-Colored Circle will give her a +3 attack and +3 evasion stat to effectively attack and dodge, while  I’m on Fire! can push her attack stat to +4 with a level 1 battle card. The passive also makes traps like  Heat 300%, which are normally very detrimental to fragile characters, potentially extremely useful to powering up Kae. Kae also has the advantage of a very cheap hyper that will further augment her abilities for multiple chapters.

The main downside to Kae is that her build is somewhat paradoxical. Kae is extremely frail as a result of her below average health and defense stat but she needs to constantly initiate battle to take advantage of her passive. However, without her passive, she is fragile and with her passive active, she is likely to be KO’d if she fails to KO the opponent in one hit as her defense will be very low. In short, Kae’s weakness is that she can dish out damage but can’t handle returning fire from opponents. If the player rolls poorly on Kae’s lackluster evasion stat or does not have good combo cards, she will likely go down quickly. Kae’s need to attack first also causes issues, as this means the player will need to try and stay behind the other players during a match which can be problematic depending on the board, the player move order, or how well the player rolls for movement. Kae also shoots herself in the foot when using defensive cards such  Rbits, since it will lower her attack stat into the negatives during the battle. Thus the player will need to consider how desperate they are to survive before using a defensive card.

Hyper Strategy[edit source]

Present for You is one of the fastest star-collecting Hypers if activated at the opportune moment. The Hyper grants more stars the fewer cards everyone has in their possession, thus it is wise to hold onto the Hyper to maximize the total star gains. With the high price of 30 stars it is advisable to hold onto the Hyper until the player can gain at least 50 stars from it to pay off the card and gain over half the price. It should also be noted that often times the first use will be the most efficient, as other players may horde their cards to prevent the Hyper’s use again, or it may take very long for players to use their acquired cards. If timed properly, the maximum possible amount of stars awarded by Present for You is 130, which is almost triple the amount Marie Poppo can steal with  Ubiquitous. Also since Aru herself can hold 4 cards at a time, if the hyper is used as the only card in her hand, she gains a profit of 40 stars at a minimum and gains 4 new cards as a result, which can be advantageous.

The main downside to the Hyper is that it is beneficial to other players as well as the user.

Overview[edit source]

Like her passive and bossy persona, Fernet is a tank character centered around a colossal health stat of 6 and a greatly buffed defense stat. Of the positive stats she posses, Fernet brags a defense stat only matched by Nanako and Kyousuke (and only surpassed by Kyoko) but has the added bonus of more health than either of the others. As a result, Fernet can shrug off most combat damage with relative ease and handle a maximum of 5 combats before she will be KO’d, if the rolls are high. Bully characters such as Star Breaker will suffer the most against Fernet, as even the strongest of attacks will usually fail to KO her. Fernet will always roll at least a 3 for defense and a maximum of 8, enabling her to survive hypers like  Extraordinary Specs and  Another Ultimate Weapon which would often result in a guaranteed a KO for the opponent. The player can also enjoy a lack of fear when approaching  Boss panels in the late game, as the boss will more than likely be unable to KO Fernet either.

Like most tanks, Fernet suffers from a few key weaknesses that prevent her from being unbeatable. With a debuffed attack stat and a heavily reduced evasion stat, being a defensive damage sponge is almost all Fernet can do against an opponent. Fernet frequently struggles to hit an evading target, cannot deal much retaliatory damage, and will often have difficulty trying to finish off an opponent with 1 health point left. Further, without the ability to evade well, she will assuredly be KO’d after 5 combats without healing cards. The player will also be at risk from  Encounter panels, which can quickly chip away at her large pool of health. As a result, Fernet is at a notable disadvantage against the Battlefield and Air Raid field event. Even a measly 1 attack can often slip through Fernet’s -2 evade stat, as she only has a 50% chance of dodging it. However this is still a better chance than similar tank Kyoko who cannot evade, and thus the ability to evade itself can still be considered a slight advantage. Fernet also does not have a very good hyper card to help her in the late game, with healing cards and  Home panel healing being her only true aid once the opponents can deal more damage.

Playstyleedit source

As to be expected, Fernet should always go for star norma unless bizarre circumstances result in her having many wins. While it is not an impossibility, it is very unlikely for the player to get wins with her. Fernet generally has an extremely easy time collecting stars without the risk of losing them thanks to her stats, and opponents often ignore her in the early game until they can attempt to KO her in the late game. The player should always focus on  Draw and  Bonus panels to ensure more stars for norma, and an appropriate supply of cards to heal and protect Fernet in the late game.

Plot[edit | edit source]

Season 1edit | edit source

While the tale is a bit different in each character’s campaign, the general story is the same. At some point in time, a young man named Kai is awakened by a strange being called Marie Poppo, who immediately swipes his wallet and tells him the only way to get it back is through a game of dice. Upon her defeat, however, Poppo flees and enters another world. From this point, the details of Kai’s adventure vary:

  • At some point in time, Poppo enters the world of Christmas Shooting. Kai meets Aru and her presents are stolen by Poppo, causing her to join him.
  • At another point in time, Kai meets Suguri who decides to join his party as she thinks he is playing tag, which looks fun.
  • Further in the story, Poppo flees to the world of QP Shooting where the party bumps in to QP. Poppo ends up stealing QP’s pudding which causes her to join Kai’s group.
  • Later in the story, Poppo flees to the world of Flying Red Barrel where the party bumps in to Marc. Poppo ends up stealing Marc’s rocket which causes her to join Kai’s group as well.
  • At the near end of their journey, the group meets Sora who decides to play dice with them, and joins the party.

In the final chapter, Kai and his party meet the self-proclaimed Magical Tomomo: The greatest ruler of darkness, mother of all characters, and creator of the world. However, the team is immediately disappointed that Tomomo is the final boss and show pity, rather than intimidation. The group is not fazed by Tomomo’s claims, QP thinks she is a megalomaniac that lacks charisma, Marc thinks she is not frightening at all and expected something much more intimidating, Suguri only agrees to play along because of Tomomo’s effort, and Tomomo is embarrassed to find that they think she is just cosplaying. Never the less, she reveals that the whole incident has been part of her plan. She provided Kai with his protagonist’s privilege and sent her creation, Poppo, to start his journey, knowing that along the way he would gather a party to bring to her. Tomomo created the world itself to bring people together for the sole intention have a huge battle and to have people meet her at the end. In this way, she could be the final boss of the game to win attention, make herself stand out, and become more popular than Kai. She also reveals that she designed Kai as a typical male protagonist that lacks individuality and created all of the characters as recreations of the most powerful people from other worlds. After she loses in spite of her cheating, she reveals that she did everything because she wanted to make friends with everyone. Upon learning this, the rest of the cast agree to be her friend, and to spend their time in this world playing games together and having fun.

After this, Tomomo’s world is mainly used to play light-hearted games of dice, with Tomomo creating more characters from the various OJ worlds over time. There are a number of minor conflicts that take place among the various characters, but they are usually resolved quickly. However, real trouble starts during the campaigns of the Minions of the Master and Master of the Minions events (which have since been incorporated into the base game).

A number of powerful creatures suddenly start appearing and causing destruction throughout Tomomo’s world. QP, Suguri, Marc, and Natsumi decide to team up to help stop the threat, while trying to figure out where they came from. After fighting their way through the various Bosses and finding Tomomo, it is revealed that she was not the one who created the giants. Rather, it was the Magical Devil Mio, the one who gave Tomomo her powers by turning her into a magical girl. Proclaiming herself as Tomomo’s mama, she had infiltrated her world and started causing havoc, saying that board gaming is a boring purpose for a world. She then combines her giants into the powerful abomination RoPoChi. The group, now joined by Tomomo, defeats RoPoChi and confronts Mio. However, when they attempt to fight her in a board game, Mio manipulates her stats to give herself 9999 HP, making her seemingly unbeatable. Just when everything seems hopeless, the protagonist Kai appears, along with Poppo. Kai tells Mio that since 100% Orange Juice! has reached one million downloads, that means that dice have been rolled over one million times. With everyone using their powers as protagonists, they call upon the power of those dice to deal over one million damage to Mio, defeating her. In the end, Mio reveals that she did everything because she wanted to make friends with Tomomo, and was upset that Tomomo was having fun without her. In one final act of malice, Mio unleashes her remaining power upon Tomomo’s world, engulfing everything in a bright light.

Pet Catchers[edit | edit source]

General Info

The Pet Catchers, symbolized as an arcade crane game, are more or less gatchapon vending machines with a selection of random rewards inside.
There are two different types of Pet Catchers; the standard Pet Catcher and the Summer Pet Catcher. These Pet Catchers operate identically, with the only difference being which prizes can be won from each machine. Arcade Tokens can be used on the Pet Catchers to have a chance of earning either consumable animations (which can be used during a match) or pets (which can be equipped as cosmetics). One spin on a Pet Catcher costs the player 3 Arcade Tokens, and items within a Pet Catcher have different rarities which affect how likely the player is to get it. All consumable animations are of Common rarity, give 2x of the won animation, and also reward the player with 10 Oranges for use in purchasing crates or hair colors. All pets are of higher rarity and the player will only receive one.

Drop Rates
Common 80%
Uncommon 12%
Rare 6%
Super Rare 2%

Pity System

The Pet Catchers also contains a pity reward system for players with particularly bad luck. If 10 Common-rarity items are won from the Pet Catchers in a row, an item of higher rarity will be automatically granted, with much higher odds than typically given. This system is represented by an item called a Receipt, which is added to the player’s Steam Inventory upon winning a common item. All receipts will disappear either upon winning a reward that is above Common rarity, or upon accumulating 10 receipts. Once 10 receipts have been obtained, an item above Common rarity will be immediately rewarded by Nico or Arthur, after the 10th common item is received.

Super Rare 10%

Overview[edit source]

Aru is a star-collecting character based on avoiding combat and damage. While featuring below average attack and defense stats, Aru features a solid health stat and the highest evasion stat equaled only by Suguri and Tsih. These stats enable her to slip through the opponent’s attacks with ease, however, the player should be wary of her otherwise fragile stats. As her combat proficiency is poor, she should spend her time avoiding confrontation and instead focus on acquiring stars. Besides her high evade stat, Aru’s other advantage is her passive which enables her to hold 4 cards at a time. This aids her in having options and a constant supply of cards to counter and escape her opponents.

The main disadvantage of Aru is her overall poor combat stats. With her low Attack, Win Norma is often not a possibility, and Star Norma will generally be the required method of victory. Also, due to the nature of evade, low rolls will often result in Aru being KO’d, as the player will generally choose evade over defense.

Inventory Warning[edit | edit source]

As the topic has been broached in multiple instances on the Steam Forums, the player should be aware that some OJ items cannot be removed from their Steam Inventory. Consumable animations can be spent, tickets and receipts can be used, most pets can be traded away or sold, but special pets are listed as «Not Tradable» and «Not Marketable» and thus cannot be traded or removed from the inventory. This measure was added as the developers want to prevent cases where users accidentally remove rare items in their inventory since there is no way for the developers to return the items to the user. As a result, the developers will not and cannot remove Steam Inventory items on request. If the player truly wants to avoid inventory deletion issues, they will want to avoid using the Arcade all together, avoiding purchasing DLCs that contain special pets, and miss game events on purpose using the wiki’s clock to know when the event has ended.

However, if the player is having legitimate issues with the Steam Inventory (items not stacking properly, etc.), they are welcome to request help from the developers on the Steam Forums or on Discord.

Strategy[edit source]

Airstrike is a relatively lackluster hyper, that is almost impossible to use effectively. If the player is lucky, it can KO a damaged opponent or opponents that are trying to KO the player. It can also be used to put opponents in a risky situation. Given the importance of the hp stat in surviving heavy damage, losing hp can be especially dangerous when  Boss panels are present on the board, or on a board with the Battlefield event. Given the high star cost, the player will ideally want to be far in the lead with regard to stars before attempting such a play, however. Rather unfortunately, it is very difficult to make a star profit with the card. Thus, the player will want to either pair the card with  President’s Privilege or hope that all opponents are at low enough hp that the effect KO’s all of them in order to generate a profit, however, small.

Setting[edit | edit source]

One of the many board locations of 100% Orange Juice!

100% Orange Juice! takes place in numerous locations set across other games from developer Orange_Juice. As Tomomo mainly created the world based on heroes from other worlds, the game does have its own locations, however, most are either directly from one of the previous games, or inspired by them.

Each board itself is unique, featuring a variety of complications to complicate the boards traversal. Boards come in all shapes and sizes ranging anywhere from 36 panels to 80+ panels, including dual-direction and mono-direction boards. Boards also feature a variety of panels that deal punishment, reward, opportunity, and confusion to every player. In total, there are over 20 boards for the characters to have dice battles in the game.

 V1.9.5

Added to the game with DLC 4.

Strategy[edit source]

Blazing! is an extremely powerful high-risk Hyper that can be used to quickly deal massive damage to an opponent. The effect essentially works like  I’m on Fire! except for 3 chapters and with a stackable effect. Thus, like the card, the Hyper will give Kae a total boost of +2 Attack when the effect is active. As a result, the card itself is best used when Kae attacks first and has a further reduced defense stat to augment her attack, creating a dangerous situation for the opponent. The Hyper is best used to finish off an opponent (or opponents) that Kae is trailing, in hopes that Kae will not risk being KO’d as a result of her low defense stat. The player can also use the Hyper strategically to have an opponent within the effect’s activation radius to lower their defense.

As to be expected, the hyper pairs very well with other damage increasing cards such as  I’m on Fire!. With a single stack of Blazing! and  I’m on Fire!, Kae will already have a +6 attack stat when attacking. Similar combos can also be made with  Heat 300% or Rainbow-Colored Circle, with the latter providing Kae the opportunity to evade damage and deal a second wave of damage.

Custom[edit | edit source]

Custom is the only non-story mode available. (Often when players refer to «single player» they mean custom mode unless they explicitly say «campaign»). This option enables the player to play games with their chosen field events and board against CPUs. The player cannot select the opponents they will be facing, however. While essentially the same as online play, the main advantage of this mode is that it enables the player to spend as much time as they want to construct a deck as there is no timer on the deck building screen. The player will also be able to tailor matches to see what strategies and decks work and don’t work before entering online play. It should be noted that custom games are not calculated toward daily challenges and thus cannot be used to get Oranges.

Campaigns are pre-set scenarios that make up the story mode of the game. Each of the four starting characters (Suguri, Marc, QP, and Kai) have a 6-episode story for the player to complete including an extra level that is unlocked from completing the story. The player can also unlock 6 additional campaigns by purchasing , , , , and . However, DLC campaigns can only be played after completing at least one base-game campaign. Each episode of a campaign features its own unique intro cutscene, board, field events, CPU opponents, and ending cutscene. The player must complete the game in first using either wins or star norma to progress to the next level. By completing each level, the player will gain stars which can be used to purchase items in the shop, and can also obtain boards for free, and unlock characters from campaign mode for purchase. There also certain cosmetics and achievements that can only be unlocked by completing all of the campaigns. Similar to custom mode, campaign games are not calculated toward daily challenges and thus cannot be used to get Oranges.
